Episode 40: Lack vs Abundance? Satisfaction Mentally, Physically & Spiritually

Are you struggling with being content? Maybe you are in season where you have doubts about everything and see your glass as half empty. Are you struggling mentally, physically and spiritually? Are you tired of being tired?
 
Let me tell you, I know we have all been here before! BUT… We don’t have to stay here! I’m going to share some steps to staying Full of Abundance! And let me tell you! Once you have the right mindset, your personal life and your business is going to SOAR!!!
 
Step 1: GET RIGHT WITH YOUR MAKER! – Im telling you, I don’t know how I would make it without my Lord and Savior! My God is Good! I don’t know who your god is but mine is all powerful, all knowing, and is my Source! Whatever you believe, know that He has you right where he wants you.
 
Step 2: GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD!! – We’ve all done it, overthink, keep dwelling on the bad or how we’ve got it bad. One of the best ways to get out of your head and stop thinking is to stop thinking! HA! I use meditation to do this and let me tell you it’s the BEST!
 
I have several different types of meditation that I do.
Prayer being the first and foremost.
Moving meditation (when I go walk to think)
Quiet time – meditation in the quiet with my eyes closed.
 
Step 3: AFFIRMATIONS! -  You’ve heard me talk about affirmations. Maybe you don’t get compliments often or the affirmation you require. Everyone needs to hear that they are lovely, beautiful, talented, and made for MORE! Also, let me tell you, you don’t need affirmation from anyone but yourself and from GOD. He’s all the affirmation that I need.
 
 1 John 4:9-10 says, “In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

Episode 37: Feelings of Discouragement, Staying Positive and Encouragement in Difficult Times

Wow! There have been so many crazy things going on in our world! How do we stay positive when so much negativity surrounds us? KNOW! We have HOPE in Him! Isaiah 12:2 tells us “God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”
 
I hold tight to this verse. When feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty arise, I go to Him and say this verse aloud. As I recite this verse a feeling of peace surrounds me and I know that He has me!
 
Let me encourage you today! Stay positive and KNOW that God is in control. No matter what is going on around me, I will sing His praise. In good and in bad I will praise HIM. When I notice that I am feeling anxious or am beginning to worry, I recognize the thought and then I proceed to say aloud everything that I am thankful for. I am surrounded by abundance! As I say aloud all of the things that I do have going for me; I am reminded how truly blessed I am and how abundance is everywhere. I was reminded this morning during my meditation time that God is Good, ALL the time. Whether we choose to recognize this is really up to us. We can choose abundance, joy, wealth, it’s all there we just have to claim it!
 
Some Tips for Staying Positive:
Take time to meditate – Taking time to meditate in the morning really gets the day started off right!
Recite “Morning Affirmations” – Each morning I recite approximately 10-15 affirmations. It takes about 5 minutes but it reminds me that I am made for MORE! (You can find affirmations by googling or even on Pinterest) If you need help, email us and we would be glad to help you with this.
Surround yourself with other positive people – Having the right support group is essential for living a stress-free, positive lifestyle.
Lastly, Pray – Give it all to God!

Episode 32: Navigating Transition in Your Business in the New Year

 Episode 32: Transitioning into the New Year with Your Business
 
Are you going through a transitional period in your business? Are you excited for what the new year will bring? Well! Me Too!!! I’ve definitely been in a transitional stage for several months now and I know so many exciting new things are coming my way! I can feel it in my heart and all the way through my toes! Ha!
 
We’ve all been there, and if you aren’t going through a transition now, then you have before or girl, it’s coming! I’m making a transition in my business through growing my podcast & business coaching moving from a traditional business model into something unknown to me.  I’m super excited about it and know that God has BIG things planned for me and my future! I’ve been working hard, praying hard, and faithing hard! Is that a word? Ha!
 
I know we’ve all just navigated through the hustle & bustle of the holidays and I don’t know about you but my time with family & friends has been absolutely magical! God is so good! But now it’s time to refocus our eyes on the prize, get back to the business of our business. Hopefully you have been preparing for the new year and thinking/analyzing what you would like to improve on, nix or accelerate in your business in 2023. So…
 
Here are a few tips for you during this transitional time in your business:
 
Be uncomfortable: Transition and change can be uncomfortable and that’s a GOOD thing! Trust me! It’s during these times we rely heavily on faith and put ourselves out there. Creating growth and even deeper faith as we allow God to show out.
Stay focused: Keep your eye on the prize. I know that the days and weeks can become months and become long, but keep showing up! I promise it will be worth it.
Pray: Continue praying for God’s direction and wisdom throughout this transitional time in your business. Let Him be the guide. The Lord says, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you with my lovely eye on you.” Psalm 32:8
Go with the flow: Many times things just fall into place, especially when you aren’t expecting it. Suddenly you look up and voila’ you’ve arrived.
Enjoy the process: You’ve heard me say this time and time again, “enjoy the process”. Relish the joyful moments as well as the difficult. These are what I call teachable moments, life lessons, and give us wisdom for future decisions and business transactions.
